These launch terms summarize the expected use of Invoice Genius. They are intentionally simple while the service is in early public launch.
Service
Invoice Genius helps field service businesses create invoice drafts from voice notes, review those drafts, send customer invoice pages, and collect payments through connected payment providers.
AI Drafts
AI-generated invoices are drafts. You are responsible for reviewing customer details, services, prices, tax, due dates, notes, and totals before sending an invoice or collecting payment.
Subscriptions
Paid access is managed through RevenueCat and its payment providers. Subscription availability, renewal, cancellation, and billing behavior may vary by platform and plan.
Customer Payments
Customer card payments are processed by Stripe or another configured payment provider. Invoice Genius does not provide banking, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
Acceptable Use
Do not use Invoice Genius to create fraudulent invoices, impersonate another business, submit unlawful payment requests, or upload content you do not have the right to process.
